Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: August 7, 2026 · Version 2026-08-07 · Previous version
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for The Coloring Post, operated by Culture Media LLC. It is part of our Terms of Service.
Try it free first
Every new subscriber receives a number of free editions (currently the first 7) before any charge. This lets you decide whether The Coloring Post is right for you before you pay anything.
Cancel anytime
- You can cancel your subscription at any time — with one click via the link in any edition email, or by emailing us at contact@thecoloringpost.com.
- Cancelling stops all future charges. Your subscription remains active until the end of the period you already paid for, and then it will not renew.
- Cancelling is as easy as signing up — we will never make you call or jump through hoops to stop billing.
Refunds
Coloring pages are delivered as digital goods that are made and sent to you immediately, so charges for editions already delivered are generally non-refundable. However, we want you to be happy:
- If you were charged because of a genuine error — for example, you cancelled but were billed anyway, or you were charged twice — contact us and we will make it right, including a refund where appropriate.
- If something went wrong on our end, reach out; we review refund requests in good faith on a case-by-case basis.
- Refunds we approve are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
If editions aren't delivered
If we miss editions you paid for, we refund or credit the missed portion of that billing period, and only that portion. This is set out in full in Section 7A of our Terms of Service, and it is your exclusive remedy for non-delivery.
- How it's worked out. Your fee for that period × (editions missed ÷ editions scheduled for that period). On the $8 monthly plan at 3 times a week, about 13 editions are scheduled per month, so 3 missed editions come to roughly $1.85.
- What you get. We may refund the pro-rata amount, extend your subscription by the same amount of time, or send the missed editions. A gap in one part of a billing period is not grounds for refunding the whole period or any other period.
- Editions we did send. Once an edition has gone out to your email address it is delivered, and delivered editions are not refundable.
- Not a delivery failure. If we sent an edition but it didn't reach you — A full mailbox, a spam or promotions filter, your provider blocking us, or an old address on your account — That isn't a missed delivery, though we're glad to help you fix it.
- Let us know within 60 days of a missed edition, at contact@thecoloringpost.com, with the dates. We keep a delivery record for every edition and we'll check it.
Please come to us before disputing a charge with your bank. We keep records of every edition we send and of your acceptance of our Terms, and we would much rather just fix the problem.
Consumers in the EU/UK
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. Because our editions are digital content delivered right away, by subscribing and asking us to begin delivery immediately you consent to that immediate performance and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once delivery has begun, to the extent permitted by law. This does not affect your statutory rights if the Service is faulty or not as described.
Price changes
If we change subscription prices, we will notify affected subscribers in advance. Changes apply to future billing periods only, and you may cancel before a change takes effect.
