Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Culture Media LLC (“The Coloring Post,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use thecoloringpost.com and our email delivery service (the “Service”). We built The Coloring Post to be private by design: we ask for as little as possible, and we never sell your information.

1. Information we collect

WhatWhy
Email addressTo deliver your coloring pages and account/service emails.
Profile details you choose: an optional first name, an age range, and a few interests; delivery cadence, time, and time zoneTo generate personalized pages and send them on your schedule.
Consent record: the date/time you agreed to these terms and the IP address usedTo document your agreement and comply with email and consumer-protection laws.
Payment information (paid subscribers)Processed by Stripe. We receive limited billing details (such as subscription status), but not your full card number.
Basic technical/log data (e.g., request info from our hosting/CDN)Security, abuse prevention, and reliability.

We do not ask for health conditions, and we do not request or store photographs.

2. Information about children

The Service is for adults. Children do not create accounts or interact with the Service. If you request pages for a child, the only information you may provide is a first name (optional) and an age range — no more. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information directly, contact us and we will delete it.

3. How we use information

Page generation uses an automated (AI) image service. The interests you select are used to create your page; we do not send your email address or name to the image model as part of the artwork prompt.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share limited information only with service providers who help us run the Service, under agreements that restrict their use of it:

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or the integrity of the Service.

5. Cookies and tracking

We keep this simple: the Service does not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other sites. We use only what is strictly necessary to make the site work. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and provide any consent controls required in your region.

6. Data retention

We keep your subscriber information for as long as your subscription is active and as needed to provide the Service. If you unsubscribe, we stop sending editions and retain only what is necessary to honor your opt-out and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

7. Your rights and choices

To exercise any right, email contact@thecoloringpost.com from the address on your account.

8. Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International users

We are based in the United States and operate the Service from the U.S. If you use the Service from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, communicated to subscribers.
